30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all included parts and packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show excessive signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please contact us at return@jikidesign.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
